How is the summer treating you? I hope you are all collecting your needed vitamin D to be used through the winter. I have recently taken some time off to enjoy the sun, so I apologize for the lack of up dates.
Tomorrow, 8/17 is the Co-ops Planning Meeting, which occur just once a month.
The Co-op is now entering the stage of development where creating a steering committee is important. There is now a Job Positions tab on the front page for more information on what a Steering Committee member would be doing.
Now that we have gotten the grant money into Lacamas Community Credit Union, we are thinking about using for fundraising tactics. If you have any questions or ideas, leave a comment here or e-mail Michelle. Fundraising will be one of the many topics discussed at the Co-op Planning Meetings.
I hope everyone has checked out Azure Standard, we are about to launch the distributorship, but we as many Co-op supporters and would-be members to be ordering through them as soon as you are comfortable doing so. I have free catalogs at the Farmer’s Market booth if you would prefer a hard copy over the internet.
